DON'T MISS the most Explosive Season Finale in the Amarillo Symphony’s history! PROJECT Trio returns to Amarillo after their overwhelming success during their 2014 Amarillo Premiere.

Composer Sam Hyken has had a rich musical career as a performer, producer, arranger and composer. Hyken is also the husband of our Principal Violist, Yael Kleinman Hyken. His arrangement of Bodega premiered with The Amarillo Symphony and PROJECT Trio in February 2014. This concert will feature his composition Farandole Redux.

ADAM SCHOENBERG - The Amarillo Symphony has co-commissioned a new work by composer Adam Schoenberg along with the IRIS Orchestra Tennessee, Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia for our Grand Finale performed by PROJECT Trio.

An improviser at heart, Schoenberg’s music has found resonance with audiences throughout the world. He has received commissions from several major American orchestras including the Atlanta Symphony and the Los Angeles Philharmonic.

Project TrioPROJECT Trio is a passionate, high energy chamber music ensemble comprised of three virtuosic composer/performers from Brooklyn, NY. Blending their classical training with an eclectic taste in musical styles, PROJECT Trio has made an impact on audiences of all ages.
