Rarely performed due to its massive scale, you will be mesmerized by the stunning Brahms Piano Quartet in A major featuring pianist Jim Rauscher, violinist Rossitza Goza, cellist David Schepps, and Amarillo Symphony’s concertmaster Espen Lilleslåtten performing on viola. You’ll also enjoy Haydn’s charm and humor as we perform his most beloved Piano Trio in f-sharp minor, written for and dedicated to wealthy British widow Rebecca Schroeter, all at the beautiful new Amarillo Area Foundation.
A pretalk hosted by HPPR begins at 6:45, followed by the concert at 7:30.
