Ticketing Policies & Special Offers
We’re dedicated to making your concert experience as smooth as possible. Here are our policies and special offers to help you plan your visit.
Student Rush Tickets
- Price: $10 per ticket.
- When to Buy: Tickets are available for any remaining seat in the hall, beginning one hour before the concert.
- Who Qualifies: This offer is for individuals under the age of 25 who are currently enrolled in grade school, college, or a university.
Ticket Vouchers
- How to Redeem: Vouchers must be exchanged for a physical ticket to a specific concert.
- Redemption Locations:
- In Advance: Visit the Amarillo Symphony office during business hours.
- Day of Show: Bring your voucher to the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts box office on the night of the performance.
Refunds & Exchanges
- All Sales Are Final: Single and season tickets are non-refundable. We cannot accommodate refund requests except in the event of a performance cancellation.
- Ticket Donations: If you cannot attend a concert, you can donate your ticket back to the Amarillo Symphony for a tax receipt.
- To Receive a Tax Receipt: You must notify the Symphony office by 4:00 PM on the day prior to the concert.

- Exchanges: Single ticket exchanges are only made in extreme cases at the discretion of Symphony management. Single tickets cannot be exchanged for a different concert.
