Student Tickets*: Students can purchase tickets 1 hour before a concert for $10 to any remaining seat in the hall regardless of area price. *Student tickets are available to individuals currently attending a college or university, who are under the age of 25.
Vouchers: Ticket Vouchers must be redeemed for a ticket to a concert. Vouchers may be redeemed at the Symphony office or brought in person to the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts box office the night of the performance.
Refunds / Exchanges: Single tickets and season tickets are non-refundable; all sales are final. No refund requests will be accommodated except in the event of a performance cancellation. If you cannot attend a concert, you may donate your ticket to the Amarillo Symphony for a tax receipt. To receive tax credit, donated tickets must be called in to the Symphony office at 806.376.8782 by 4 p.m. on the day prior to the concert. Patrons may also email the request: firstname.lastname@example.org. Single ticket exchanges are done only in extreme cases and only at the discretion of Symphony management. Single Tickets may not be redeemed for other concerts. Season Ticket holders have the benefit of moving their tickets to other concerts during the same season.
